If I made this recipe & a half, would all three sit on one another or would it be too heavy and collapse?

Thanks! X

The sponges will last at room temp, wrapped well in clingfilm overnight to decorate the next day x

I’m going to make this cake but don’t have enough time to make it all in one go. If I make the sponge tonight can I ice it tomorrow night? Will the cake go stale? If it’s okay should I leave it in the fridge or leave it in an airtight container till I ice ?
Many thanks

How did the strawberry flavoured marshmallow fluff icing taste? Was it good with the rest of the cake being chocolate?

I made this for a friends birthday with cadburys hot chocolate and white choc icing (to get the colour) and it was lovely. I have a recipe for a strawberry milkshake cake but think I’ll try this one replacing hot chocolate with strawberry nesquick instead . I also accidentally bought strawberry marshmallow fluff so think I’ll give it a go in the icing 🥰

I’m making this cake Saturday but want a white cake as for a little girls birthday , would I use white hot chocolate in the buttercream?
